Managing a €1M+ marketing budget

As Country Manager, my responsibilities have spanned country-level P&L ownership and regional business management, with a focus on commercial performance, profitability and resource allocation.

In Italy, I managed two distinct marketplace P&Ls operating within the same market. At regional level, I contributed to the management of the Southern Europe cluster, covering Italy and Spain and generating approximately €120M in annual GMV, with direct responsibility for an annual marketing and communications budget exceeding €1M.
