Bringing two teams together after a merger

Following the merger of Yescapa and Goboony, I held the Italy Country Manager role for both platforms from January 2024 to May 2025. I coordinated the integration of their Italian operations remotely.

My team spanned operations, sales, marketing and communications, with more than ten people across those four functions. We aligned workflows and CRM processes, working with Product, Data and Finance on decisions that affected both platforms.
